After a ten-year career in academic publishing, Helen decided to pursue her dream of working with food and embarked on the Diploma Course at Leiths School of Food and Wine. After graduating in June 2016 Helen started to work alongside the founder of Marcia's Kitchen. Since then, Helen has been responsible for the complete running of the office as well as continuing to hone her culinary skills. In the autumn of 2017, the opportunity arose for Helen to realise the goal of owning her own company; and she became the new owner of Marcia's Kitchen. Outside work Helen can be found exploring one of London's many food markets and planning foodie getaways across Europe.
Antonia is also a Leith’s School of Food & Wine graduate. She has 14 years’ cooking experience, and has also worked for many high profile private & celebrity clients, and some of London’s finest high-end event catering companies. Raised in Chile, she has a deep understanding of the food and techniques of South American cuisine, as well as a natural affinity with Asian flavours. Antonia is also a master in the art of creating beautifully presented canapés.
Dan is a key member of our team. His experience ranges from private dining to high-end catering as well as Events and Pop-Ups. Dan is an street-food and beer fanatic. In his free time, he can be found smoking meats and scouting-out hand-crafted ales.
