Marcia trained at Leiths School of Food and wine and has over 16 years’ professional cooking and food industry experience, with many high-profile clients in the UK and Spain. Previous career posts include director of the Divertimenti Cookery School, teaching and cooking daily with London’s top chefs and restaurant elite; consultancy posts with several prestigious UK event companies; and company director at L’Atelier Des Chefs in London. In 2009 she returned to the kitchen full time to establish Marcia’s Kitchen. Her great passion is Spain – she grew up in the country and is a fluent Spanish speaker – but her culinary inspiration is drawn from right around the Mediterranean, including the African and Middle-Eastern shores.
Antonia is also a Leith’s School of Food & Wine graduate. She has 14 years’ cooking experience, and has also worked for many high profile private & celebrity clients, and some of London’s finest high-end event catering companies. Raised in Chile, she has a deep understanding of the food and techniques of South American cuisine, as well as a natural affinity with Asian flavours. Antonia is also a master in the art of creating beautifully presented canapés.
Dan is a key member of our team. His experience ranges from private dining to high-end catering as well as Events and Pop-Ups. Dan is an street-food and beer fanatic. In his free time, he can be found smoking meats and scouting-out hand-crafted ales.
